As a Crow Tow driver, you'll operate your own assigned truck while providing essential services throughout Des Moines and surrounding communities. You'll assist motorists with vehicle breakdowns, accident recovery, towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport, making a real difference for customers when they need help most.

Employment Eligibility Requirements:
- Must at least 24 years of age.
- Must possess a valid, standard Class C driver's license or higher.
- (Please note: A CDL is NOT required to operate most of our trucks.)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Background/Experience Preferences
- Previous towing experience is preferred.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Clean driving record/clear criminal record is preferred. Talk to us! We

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week

Join our growing team of professional heavy-duty towing and recovery specialists in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. As a Heavy-Duty Tow Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping the Des Moines area moving by responding to disabled semi-trucks, buses, construction equipment, and other large commercial vehicles.
In your personally assigned truck, you'll perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, accident response, winching, and equipment transport throughout Des Moines and the surrounding communities. Every operator is supported by state-of-the-art technology, including advanced dispatch systems, GPS tracking, onboard cameras, and modern recovery equipment designed to maximize efficiency, safety, and success on every call.

"Are ya ready?" Crow Tow is hiring full-time customer service representatives! Join our growing team of office staff that navigate our industry-leading towing operations. Crow Tow assists multiple law enforcement agencies, private properties, as well as the public with their towing needs.
In this setting, you will assist the public with retrieving vehicles, take calls for service, relay the calls to drivers, and monitor the progress of towing operations.
General Duties:
- Answering Calls: Police dispatched calls, members of the public inquiring about towed vehicles, property managers
- and calls for general towing services.
- Customer Service: Releasing towed/stored vehicles from our facility to members of the public.
- Dispatching/relaying calls of service to tow truck drivers.

- Salary Range: hourly / PLUS commission.

"Are ya ready?" Crow Tow is searching for a lot attendant! Have good attention to detail? This job is for you!
General Duties:
- Use a company vehicle to escort members of the public to their vehicle.
- Actively manage/secure the police impound lot and ensure there is no unauthorized entry or activity.
- Help customers unload items from their wrecked vehicle into their personal vehicle.
- Reading paperwork and ensuring correct actions are being performed.
- Assisting with auction setup/removing plates/etc.
- (Be willing to learn how to) move vehicles on the lot with a truck.

Salary Range: $16/hour
